Fir-Tree Honeydew

This honey is harvested in the forests of the Hautes-Vosges mountains. The bees gather almost exclusively honeydew to produce this well famous and rare honey.

Fir honey is characterized by its very mild taste, lingering in the mouth for a long time.

Thanks to the honeydew, it will remain liquid for a very long time.
