Our forest honey is harvested in the forests near Hesperange in Luxembourg.
The 2022 harvest is notable by its balanced alliance between the mildness of acacia blossom flowery notes of maple tree and blackberry flowers. The presence of honeydew will slow the crystallisation process, ensuring that the honey will remain liquid for a longer period of time.
